NO not the vasectomy one. But one down in that area. Many men's wear casual shorts come with a sewn in mesh liner. Since I pretty much been free-balling for decades , these liners are very confining. I have solved the problem by simply snipping the few inches of mesh that tie the leg openings together. This leaves the mesh liner to still guard against any tread marks and drips. But takes away the confined feeling. Just a hint from an idled engineer who ponders quite a few things.

I usually manage to buy shorts without liners but my preferred brand of tan-through shorts come with a liner which is always cut out before I wear them.
I suspect in this case it may be there to make them less transparent but what the heck.

I dislike all lining and cut them completely out. They are often made with inferior nylon which is incredibly uncomfortable. Free balling is the way!

That stated, I am a retired physician and I can do it as I am in my own element and home most of the time now. If I go to church etc., I do wear undies. You are also correct about the potential for dribbling, especially in we older guys.
