Does anyone have an article of clothing that they just have to wear because I can go completely naked but feel uncomfortable without my ball cap

Nudist327Jul 4, 2024Yeah I always wear a hat when nude. I usually wear a hat anyways but I like the nude guy with a hat look

Tom DJul 4, 2024I only wear hats when it's really cold.
I have to wear sandals outdoors.ReactReply - EA
EarlDJul 4, 2024Rarely wear shoes as a barefooter, But when I am active outdoors I wear a hat to keep sun out of my face.

SteveJul 5, 2024I put hats in the 'accessories' category when it comes to being nude (along with footwear, jewellery and sunglasses). If it's sunny, my folically-challenged dome really needs protection and extensive walking may demand footwear, although the opportunity to leave all behind is always tempting. Consequently I'll leave the hat behind when the sun's low or gone and if I can get away with barefoot, that's also nice. As for sunglasses, I cannot recall the last time I wore any as I like to be open to others with my eyes, whether dressed or not.

SteveJul 5, 2024The opportunity to just wear a light coating of salt (following a naked dip in the ocean) is perfect!

noodengr2Jul 5, 2024As much as I enjoying baring my ass, i am pretty wimpy about baring my feet. I wish I could say i was a barefooter. But most of my outdoor time unless it is a sandy beach , i have my Crocs on.
Oh and i have not gone anywhere without my mustache since Jan 1980. I would feel naked without itReactReply - MEMemberJul 5, 2024
Can't go without sunglasses outdoors. Three eye surgeries will do that to you.

Guilty as charged; I am almost always wearing my flip flops to walk around. Once I get past the bedroom, the flip flops go on and there they stay. I guess Im still a tenderfoot at heart but thats the truth.

Jeff WintersteinJul 5, 2024While I am okay with the bare feet, I havent gone without my mustache since 1987

StevieLornaJul 6, 2024Usually totally nude is my preferred state, but recently I wear only earbuds. Audible books is my new passion.

RonJul 8, 2024I am the same way ball cap is always a must for me, barefooted all the time unless I mow grass or on a hike threw unfamiliar trails if there us any

Well, youll see by most of my pictures that I prefer the ball cap as my only accessory and not just because of the sun, but thats the main reason. I prefer to leave my clothes behind when I go on long walks on islands in the Columbia River. A couple of times now Ive had boats come to shore in between me and my clothes. So my hat is my last line of defense and so far its gone well with smiles as I try to cover at least the front parts as I stroll by.

Tom DJul 8, 2024Only if you consider eyeglasses and a smart watch to be clothing!

SteveJul 8, 2024Regular eyeglasses are also nice to leave behind when possible although clandestine nudity may be safer with them. My short-sightedness is usually not a problem in daylight although glasses do help in the dark if you are avoiding encounters.

MarkJul 8, 2024It really depends on the situation. At the beaches down here, once it gets past noon on a sunny 90 day, the sand is too hot to walk on barefoot without burning the bottoms of my feet so flip flops are in order. I wear sneakers when riding in the naked bike rides for safety reasons, although I may try it in flip flops. I often wear a hat when walking the beach or on the naked bike rides since many years ago, when I had my convertible, I drove way too much in the Florida Sun with the top down and now the top of my head, my nose and cheeks burn easily.

Although the sun is not as strong in NJ as FL, I often drive my convertible wearing just shorts.ReactReply - AL
AlJul 8, 2024"Have to" depends on the situation. Wide brim hat and shoes when hiking in the desert. No hat but probably shoes when hiking in the north woods. Flip flops on hot concrete. Otherwise bare. I live in a region where ball caps are required attire for a lot of guys (even at weddings, really),, but it just never caught on for me.

As an add-on to my earlier post, Ive had to start wearing a wide brim hat while out in the sun. Thats going to be part of my nude attire from now on. The spot on my nose turned out to be cancerous along with the one on my neck. The morning short visit to the dermatologist developed into a longer one as they kept cutting. It wasnt too bad on the scale but they said a big hat was going to be needed in the future to protect the nose . . . so a big hat it is. Better than a return visit, thats for sure!

Water shoes look silly on people in swimwear too. When you get old enough, you probably won't care about what looks silly.

I broke my finger once while wading barefoot in a river where the riverbed was composed of loose, slippery rocks. Othewise, I'll usually wear sandals anywhere but indoors or on a lawn. The only time I wear flip-flops is around pools or communal showers, because I find them uncomfortable.ReactReply - D
DJul 15, 2024Sun glasses. Never leave home or get naked without my sunnies. There the only item I feel uncomfortable being without. Happy and absolutely love being completely nude with my sunglasses on lol

I like to wear a variety of glans rings daily. After the shower, I pick a ring from my collection to hang with me for the day.ReactReply
