Definite rip off..[/quote] Cap is the least likely we will visit due to the heavy swinger influence, but if there are any banks in either of the other two towns I could see us going to an official first party ATM while nude. Not quite an ATM, but I did walk up to the ship's purser while nude on a Bare Necessities cruise and deposit some casino winnings onto our account. That should be better than an ATM, no? I'm guessing the one at La Boutique was more than $4.50 and gave a horrible exchange rate on top of it. This reminds me I need to get some Euros before our trip to Residence Adam & Eve in St. Martin this February or we will be stuck at one of those third party ATMs at the grocery store in Orient Village getting some cash for the beach vendors (although most are happy to take USD at a 1:1 rate, so I should really just use $ since they have already uncreased their prices by 10-15% to cover the difference).

  There are ATMs in certain nudist resorts that nudist do use, but thats not what the OP is asking.

  He is asking if you have used one nude in your town.

  I would ask you to explain exhibitionism, fetishism and voyeurism to him, but those are concepts he thinks mean nudism because you can do them with tiny shorts on.

You cant change the mind of someone with so little imagination. Perhaps we should ask the two TN members he claims was on a nude walk with recently, to talk some sense into him, they were Dr Peter Brady and Harvey the Rabbit I believe.

I withdrew cash and the ATM didn't give me all the bills! The door remained open and I had to stick my fingers up into the machine and pull the other bills out. I was NOT naked. I was fully clothed. There wasn't a car behind us waiting for the ATM, but I wouldn't have jumped out of the car naked anyway. The bank is on a very busy street in town. We used to walk Orient Beach nude and go into Sexy Fruits and Adam and Eve to shop. For some reason, we got a better deal with Euros. It was also fun to be able to have drinks and dine with just a sarong on. My wife could always be topless. Haven't been back in quite some time. We sure do miss SXM.[/quote] La Jenny is on our list as well. The ONLY nude golf course in the world. Only 6 holes, but they are real golf holes, not the chip and putt holes we play at nudist resorts. Nude chip and putt is fun, but real golf takes it to a whole new level. You can tell the reputable businesses on Orient. They have separate prices for dollars vs. euros. If they have one price then they calculated in dollars and are ripping off anyone using euros. We remember the "old" shops on the beach and were there in 2015 just as they were torn down to make way for the "new" shopping stores. We never saw those new stores since our next trip back was 2018, a year after Hurricane Irma destroyed them. It will be interesting to see what the beach looks like now.

  we were in st martin in march 2024. we stayed at esmeralda because my wife would rather not go completely nude. but she likes to tan top-free and gets annoyed when the staff come by to clean rooms and manage the pool. i would like to stay at residence adam and eve if i can convince her the pool is longer (she likes to swim laps) and she can still just be top free without the annoyance of constant interruptions to put her top on. so am interested in what it is like at A&E if anyone can give me information about rooms and pool length.

  as for orient beach, to which i walked each day, the nude activity is still down at the same end as the now defunct club o. all that is left of the club are destroyed buildings. they have the perch bar still which does a booming business in drinks and quick lunches (burgers, etc). they still have two-for-one happy hour in the early afternoon (12.30-2.30 if i remember correctly). the beach is packed and the chairs/umbrellas are still for rent. you can get a week's worth at a small discount if you pay in advance (in dollars, of course).

  just past "the rocks" begins the non-nude beach, as usual. very few top free women on that end and i do not recall seeing any nudity there (and i walked it about twice a day). juicy fruits and adam and eve (the store not the residence) are still there although i did not go into to either of them. the beach bars are still flourishing on that end and they put of chairs and umbrellas for their clients. not sure if those close to the rocks still allow nudes hanging out at the old club o area to visit sans clothing.

  restaurants in grand case are still going strong and the food is great.

  nude morning walks seem limited. i was afraid to do it alone myself since i did not want to be the only one in that situation, but occasionally i did see some walking nude.

  lengthy reply, i guess. but i tried to cover everything i could think of.

  There is an ATM outside the shop in the naturist village of Charco De Pallo. Ive passed it many times but never used it, dont have pockets for my bank card .

  I use the shop along with every other nudist there and most use contactless card or like me, Apple Pay.

I also have an Apple Watch making Apple Pay much easier (since I don't have pockets for my phone either!)

  I have one those also, along with a small pack and shoulder pack I is how I carry stuff I might need when clothes free. Though the naked obsessed might say I am not really naked.   I left my home nude and was going to a friends house to play cards. I needed to get some money. The outside atm was not working. So i went inside the doors. It was after hours and dark. When i get inside my vehicle and a car pulled up. Once in awhile you will see other nude people around, espically at night.

To say nothing then of a further warrant to have the persons name and other details released. I would suggest that unless there has been some act of indecency (other than being nude) the police would find this too hard to bother with. The issue that would land the person using the ATM in hot water would be if another shops camera catches them nude and the shop proprietor wants to make a complaint....

  A lot of people posting judgement on here about the alleged people who have used a vestibule ATM nude...so here's some food for thought; is this any different to being any in any other public space that is not legal to be nude?

  Just yes or no answers please.

  Many people on here live in a jurisdiction where almost everywhere can be illegal to be nude....like here in Queensland Australia.

If they are the one making the complaint, I suspect the would have no problem handing over the video footage to backup the complaint.
