  I have a soft top Jeep. I love driving it, top down, and naked. I have half doors which hide my lap unless up close to another high clearance vehicle. I don't drive that way in town or on 4 lane roads but otherwise don't have issues. I sit on a towel because of the vinyl seats and for a quick cover if needed (which I rarely do, but have had a few events).

I don't generally notice others looking at me and don't look at others unless I am wondering if they are looking. Buses are the biggest chance for others to catch a glimpse, I think, or overhead pedestrian bridges.

  I just had an interesting nude driving experience tonight. I decided to drive with all 4 windows rolled down the entire time. There were a few times large trucks would deive past me on the right, but I dont think anyone noticed me at all. It was a nice cool summer night, so the wind was relaxing, and I started to forget I was naked.

  Just off the freeway, there was a new neighborhood under construction and it didnt look like there was much reason to drive down there. So I decided to park at the end and take a little stroll. I walked around for a out 30 minutes, and although one car came by, it quickly left and I dont thing thay saw me. I walked down a path to another bike path that runs along the freeway? At 10 pm, there were no pedestrians or biked amd I was not bothered. After my walk I drove out to the freeway to see how easily people could have seen me if they were paying attention,.

  A peripheral friend I have on Facebook due to a business and neighborhood association recently posted that he was on vacation at a nude beach not far from where wife and I were also vacationing. I wrote and told him I hoped to join him. Unfortunately our schedules didn't mesh and I didn't see him there. Subsequently we discovered we are both relocating to the same region. By freak accident also found we could align schedules and share a moving van. Now I'm looking forward to an 18 hr road trip in a huge moving van with a casual acquaintance who likes nude beaches. Outside of this one beach event, I have no idea how much of a nudist he is. Here on the eve of the trip, we haven't managed to return to the topic of nudity. I'm wondering how far into the trip the shorts might come off. Probably not far. We'll see.

  My paint helper has been nude in other situations we've been in together. I actually expected him to follow suit, and a little surprised he didn't.

  I've not seen my partner driver, whom I know only very casually, undressed. Once we were on the road, he seemed much more modest that I'd expected. He didn't seem to welcome the topic, and gave short answers to my nudism questions. I gave up hoping he would enjoy a nude cross-country trip. When we got to his house, he still seemed reluctant. It wasn't until after we'd been to Haulover Beach together that he relaxed his attitude and welcomed me to lounge nude in his home.

  I am NOT forceful with my nudism. Being nude in front of those who don't appreciate it is extremely uncomfortable for me.

  I'm newly retired and moving to Florida.

  Had two nice 45 minute nude drives today between home and Laguna Del Sol and back. All on fairly busy suburban roads with lots of stop lights. Ive been nude since Wednesday and didnt want to break the streak but unfortunately I had too put shorts on when I got to Laguna Del Sol to walk from the parking lot outside the gates to go check in. Oh well, clothed for 5 minutes out of four days isnt bad.

Are they OK with just shorts for check in? One of the men on this board posted that he checked in wearing just shorts at a resort where it is outside of the clothing optional area and they told him to wear a shirt next time!

  The checkin area is inside the gates, you go through a pedestrian gate to get there. People are nude in there all the time as residents and members staying there have business to take care of at the desk as well.

  I haven't driven nude yet this Summer but I've made the 5 hour drive home from Pittsburgh nude. With the exception of stopping for coffee. Driving nude feels amazing

Have you achieved your goal of being completely naked? If so does that mean that you have no clothing at all? If that is the case, how do you plan to get necessary supplies? If not what do you mean?

  A mate and I drove to the Rock aka Ayers Rock/Uluru a few years ago only popping on shorts and a T-shirt when stopping in major towns and refuelling. Camped naked along the way at some great locations in the bush too. The Outback can be great for the simple pleasures of getting back to nature. The round trip was around 6000km/3730 miles and we rarely put on clothes at all. Was a great trip, this thread reminds me I really should find the photos.
