Running Nude

I’ve been an avid runner for most of my life and well before the idea of participating in nude recreation ever came to mind, I often thought about how unique it might feel to run naked.  Nude running is far from a modern concept.  In ancient Greece where athletic exercise played an important part of daily life it is believed that in the city-state of Sparta the custom of exercising naked was first introduced.  From there it spread to the whole of Greece, and the athletes from all its parts, coming together for the Olympic Games and the other Panhellenic Games, competed naked in almost all disciplines not just the foot race events.  I’m looking forward to participating in my first nude run next month at a nearby nudist resort and am anxious to experience what is truly is like to run naked.

Well I have tried running nude and horseriding nude and I can say with confidence - a pair of 36DD's are a real drawback ! (.)(.) (')(') (.)(.)

Yes, I expect for the obvious reasons, nude running is likely a more doable proposition for men.

Try the beach at Holkham for this fun event. It is large and spacious. The feeling of complete freedom is so liberating.

Running or jogging nude is very nice, I've done it many times. It was possible at a jogging track close to home, at least at the major part of the track. I used to take a jogging tour early in the mornings, just so great a sunny summers day. But using suitable jogging shoes is a must.

Well I finally did have the opportunity to experience first hand the joy of nude running during my first visit to  a nudist resort.  It was fabulous and if anything even better than I had imagined it might be.  I took time for a half hour run on each of the two days I was there.  While running today back at home, I disliked having to run clothed again.

I'm not a "runner" by any stretch of the imagination, but I do love to workout.  Each time I've been to the resort, no exercise equipment, I take the opportunity to run/jog/walk the perimeter of the resort at least one occasion.  It really is exhilarating.  So much better nude than in workout clothes.

Well I'm not as blessed as u lol, but I totally agree with u about running nude.  Hurts mine too.  Iv been known to hold them if im jogging back to the house lol.  As for riding, I have done that many times nude and its great.  U just have to go slow, walking the horse basically or a slow trot.  But it's probably harder for u being so blessed up top.  If u really luv riding like I do though, try walking the horse and doing a slow trot.

Nude horse riding sounds awesome, ( vaguely remember doing it once, as a kid for a dare) but I'm soooooo glad that I'm a guy, we just don't know how lucky we are!   Phil.

While running with 36DD's may be difficult, it is not exactly a simple process being a male, neither.

running nude for me is not as much a problem as the ladies, but having support for the genitals has always been my goal in life.  finding the perfect support.

and now that I like to enjoymyself without clothes, there are still activities that I would prefer to have clothing on for, and running and jumping areound is a few.

Hehe...Aside from the pain of the twig and giggle berries smashing into one another, I don't think I could run nude.  lol...I think I would look funny as hell with the boys flapping around like that. lmao

Of course, you could try running in such a way and with a pace that keeps your body perfectly level the whole time. No up and down. It takes some work, and you know immediately if you're doing it right without support.  ;)
As to the horses, I can't think of any workable solution for that.

I've been running nude for so long I can't remember if it was painful at first or not.  If it was, I got over it pretty quickly.  The longest I've run nude was 5 miles or 45 minutes of continuous running.

I had an opportunity to run/walk nude about 3 and a half miles this past weekend at our resort.  I don't usually run much, since it is hard on my knees, but with no exercise equipment or gym at hand decided to give it a shot.  I really had a good workout, and took my little dachshund with me on the last lap around the resort.  Pain from "flopping" was not an issue.  I imagine I'll run more when in need of some aerobics.

Hey there Allistan.  Don't be discouraged by what other runners can do. You are doing great.  It takes quite a while to get the speed and distance up.  And as for me, well I'm a marathoner and have been running for over 35 yrs. now.  I'm 53 and have really slowed down a lot. (5 miles used to take about 35 minutes) but that's ok.  Hang in there. It'll get better.

This is obviously one of my favorite things to do nude. I live close to Black's Beach in San Diego and regularly go for a nude run on the beach. Would like to find others to join me sometime. One of my favorite workouts is to ride my bike there (about 7 miles) then 4 mile run nude and bike back. Just wish I could do the whole thing nude.

Better at nude walking or hiking for me. The old knees can't handle the running part anymore!

I would love to try a nude run.  I run all the time, but there are too many people around.

Never done this and it sounds like it would be a lot of fun. As for problems with the landing gear floppping about, how about a cold shower before the run to make the landing gear retract, at least for the early part of the run?

Turtle Lake Naturist Resort has a 5K run/walk scheduled for next Saturday, June 11.  If I make it out to the resort that day, I expect I'd be a spectator rather than participant.
