Looking for hosts in Italy!

Hello all, my husband and I are looking to meet some locals in Italy, someone to go out with, see the city and give us some tips on where the best spots are. Also I know this isn't couch surfing but if you can host us that would be awesome. We can get some food and have dinner together and enjoy some good convo and cultural exchange.
