123 Chat App

123 who make our lovely chat service make an iOs app that you can connect your chat service.
This would be great as its not that good on iPad,

do we already have a chaid already? Or maybe we an get one,

    As is well documented Apple products do not like 'flash'. Why should TN change 123 to accommodate the few of us? Yes, written from a Mac.

    I don't think he was asking TN to change anything.  There is already an iOS app that supports our the chat room, all we need to be able to use it is the ChatID of the TN chatroom.

    I think this would be actually very good for this site.  There is an android app and an ios app.  So, this looks actually very promising to bring this great community to mobile devices.

    That being said, Mac has Parallels ( or whatever it's called ) so that it can run windows stuff.
    Flash is mostly a glorified video game, and windows is mostly a glorified video game, and both are extremely popular, so it makes sense that chat would be destined for the most popular, widest audience.
    That means flash on windows.
    That's where the money is.

    NudeInMA, this may be a little off subject, but you are right about Jobs obsession with control. The first Macintosh was so far ahead of anything that the competition had, that it took them at least 10 years to coming close to matching it. Jobs insisted upon controlling everything and he kept everything in house. If he had licensed his system back then, Windows would have been like the beta of video recording. Bill Gates, on the other hand, took a system that he lifted from some one else (remember there were no software patents back then) and modified it for IBM. IBM in their great wisdom of only thinking HARDWARE gave Gates the rights to the "useless" software.  Gates licensed his software to anyone who wanted it and the IBM Clone was born and set Gates on the road to becoming a billionaire.

    This shows two of the worst business decisions of modern times, Jobs and IBM.
