Admin Q&A times?

A thought I just had was a set time once a month perhaps?  30 minutes or an hour where members (all) can ask the admins a question and get a fairly quick response.  There doesn't seem to be enough communication. Although I'm going on old forum post complaints. My personal trainer has started doing it via Facebook rather than his site.  Works really well and people feel heard.
