Amend User Profile Format in Chatroom re: "View" profile proximity to "Block" user

I believe that the format of the User Profile boxes in the chatroom may be leading to erroneous blocking of users.

I've spoken with many members who state they've been blocked by other members with which they have had no contact. In utilizing the chatroom I have a tendency to pull profiles of members after either starting a dialogue with the member or when I want to look at the profile of a member who's made a positive/negative/informative comment. In doing this I've realized that the the "Block" option button is located next to the Profile "View" button,, an option button that I assume to be one of the mostly widely used profile features.

I believe that if the order of these buttons was re-arraigned in order to separate the often used "View" button from the most negative and impacting "Block" button it would prevent inadvertent blocking.
Option 1: Change the order of the buttons from most often to least used based on data
Option 2: Segregate positive buttons (PM, Direct, Whisper, and View) from negative buttons (Block. Flag)
Option 3: Move the "View" button from in between the negative "Block" and "Flag" buttons
