Hi, my cam won't load in chat. It say it has no permission. But I have given all permissions, have checked my mac/flash/brower settings etc. (doesn't work in chrome/safari). I don't have this problem with other similar platforms.
This way the chat isn't fun for me, as I would like to see the people I'm chatting with and want them to be able to see me in return. Don't want to that typical voyeur who say his cam doesn't work...
All help appreciated.

chris3005Jun 22, 2018Hey mate - same happened to Me. But there is usually a pop-up which asks if I grant access....if I click on yes the cam finally works. Maybe check your pop-up blockers?

mbJun 24, 2018I've got mine to work in Chrome now. Make sure u have current version of Chrome as it needs it to get around the issue of Flash.
Next, when u click 'My camera' and it suggests that you open a new window - do that. Then click 'My camera' again and u should see a small box asking u to give permission.
Often it doesnt recognise my cam the first time, so I close it, unplug cam USB/plug back in and try again. it seems to work then.
