Trying to comment on a picture, but my comment just doesn't go through. Am I somehow banned from commenting?

    I also have problems leaving comments on the photos, as the problem is intermittent I think it must be down to the server speed.  As I also have the same problem with forum posts occasionally, click the button the comment does not appear then there are 2 postings.
