Certified User

I am about to give up on this site even though I became a paid lifetime member a couple of months ago. I went through the process to become a certified user and was informed that I am indeed now a certified user. However, I am still unable to view certified-only photos, and I have sent three requests, i.e., tickets, over the past month requesting help with this problem. None of the requests have even been read according to the emails that I have received after initiating the ticket. Obviously the administrators are on top of things enough to approve certification, but I continue to receive no assistance from lodging a complaint. Between that and just now having been banned from chat for 24 hours for no apparent reason--I was doing nothing that could have been conveyed as inappropriate or sexual other than sitting nude in front of my webcam chatting with others who were doing the exactly the same thing, which I thought was the point of the chat room. So the administrators are present, but they seem to be spending their time banning people from chat for no reason rather than solving problems from people who submit tickets. Is anyone else experiencing this level of arbitrary bans and lack of customer service?
