How does a group moderator change the picture from the default banner for a group he's created?

    Upload the pic you want to the group. Then open "media" on the group page, and find the thumbtack icon, lower left of the pic you want for your cover pic, and click on that.

    As a side note; you must have full moderator power to change the photo. If youre an additional co -moderator, you cant change it.
