Chat Room Rules need updating and being easier to find

Please can the chat room rules be shown when you enter chat, maybe using that text space currently advertising for help with video tutorials? In the new chat they are now hidden under 'settings'. Also please can they contain ALL the rules. It creates a bad atmosphere/impression of the mods in the chat when we see people banned for something we don't know is a rule.

    Now that they made a new chat room they forgot to add a very very needed feature.

    60-minute auto log-off. Anyone that doesn't make a keyboard entry for over 60 minutes should be auto-logged OFF!

    I am not into the chat thing, but have read enough complaints about the chat room to tell you that you can obey all of the written rules, and still be banned. Just because one of the moderators had a bad day and is in a pissy mood :-0
