Flagging Update?

Is there anyway to change the flagging options to include inappropriate posting or picture? I'm seeing new users signing up with erections as their profile pics (someone is approving these I assume). No other pics. I've been using "acting inappropriately in the chat room" as there is no other option.
Fix request please.
