Groups with No Started by and Start Date of 12/31/69

Did the person who created these groups cancel their account or are these groups created by the web master?

    Hi, Me again.  New to the site, but I have noticed that with many of these groups where the "Started by" person is no longer a member, there is not much activity.  I think that if an originator of a group leaves( gets booted, cancels, etc.) the group(s) they have created should be deleted also.  If there is still interest in the group "topic", then a current member could create a new group.  This could result in increased resources on the server as well as time saved by members looking for "active" groups.  Just my $0.02.  Thanks.
