how long does a new group approval normally take?

I created a Avid Reading Nudist group to replace the disappeared book reading group and got a message that it was waiting approval and have heard nothing since. when should i expect approval ? thanks

    oops sorry jumped the gun, should have looked at my feed first. Avid Naked Readers is up and ready for members

    I hope this group works as some new groups flop and in some cases there are no posts at all on them.
