IE 11 seems to fix most posting problems

For those of you in Windows hell, the latest release of IE (11) seems to fix many of the issues that occur in forums.  I can now quote and enter line breaks <br> by just hitting enter with out going into compatibility mode.  It does not put blank lines in, but does start a new line now.
