Nudist Pot SmokersI know. A lot of people smoke it. In most of the United States, as well as a lot of other countries, it's illegal. Drugs are bad. M'kay? Please don't assume the rest of the world follows your lead (we've had thousands of years of civilisation to work it all out)[/quote]    Legally speaking, since this website is one originating in the US, US laws govern it.  That's the short and long of it.  If someone on this site suggests something that is not legal in the US,  that individual, the site owner, and possibly the members here are also liable, depending on the feelings of the individuals prosecuting.

    Cheri has a valid point. We need to adhere to the laws of the United States since this site is hosted in the USA. However, discussing illegal activity is protected by the First Amendment clause of Freedom of Speech. On the other hand, anything posted about smoking grass could be used by authorities to bust your butt.
    Of course, this site is permitted to censor, limit, restrict anything because this is a private operation. So, up to TN1 to decide.
