Laptop problems

I am having problems logging on to my account on my laptop. I have no problems logging in on my computers at work or on my regular computer. I have even hooked my laptop up to a land line that I have on my other computers and it still doesn't work. If you have suggestions how to fix this I would appreciate it. I may have to set up a new account but I am a paid member and Im afraid they wuld ot transfer my membership to another account. Any Info will be helpful
