I've noticed that on some profiles where the pics are only unlocked to friends and hidden from everyone else can sometimes still be accessed via the view photos at the bottom right of the screen and scrolling through from there.This seems like a bit of a worry.Any ideas why this is happening?

SteveOct 31, 2012wow - serious bug. (I think you mean "images" at the lower left - at least that's the way it appears on my screen.) I've just messaged teamtrue1 with the example I found - you might do the same. General question - is that the best way to report a bug, now that the "report a bug" button" is gone?ReactReply - MEMemberOriginal PosterOct 31, 2012Good point. I think I did see a report a bug via the Help section. It didn't occur to me before posting.I think the bug sometimes occur when a profile says something like 'This user only shares photos with friends'.But when I click on images it will sometimes then open the album and show the photos. Sometimes unlocked and sometimes with the standard Only shared with friends photo.Makes me a bit uneasy about uploading anything naked.ReactReply

DesertRatNov 1, 2012I don't think that tihs is as big a deal as non members being able to access the entire membership list. I wrote to TT1 and TT2 about this, but he problem still exists. Anyone can go to the "Home" page and click on one of the photos, get to that person's home page, click on search at the top of the page and see the entire membership list. All of this can be done by anyone without ever having to log in. Try it for yourself and then write to TT1 and TT2. Ask that it be corrected, NOW!ReactReply - STSteveNov 1, 2012It's always been the case that the search nudists function,and everyone'sprofile thumbnail and info, and all forum posts, are visible to search engines and the public, although profile photos are not. It's part of the philosophy and structure of the site. This has been the subject of much lively discussion, and the site does now have options under the privacy settings to opt out of visibility to the search function and to search engines.
The visibility of friends-only pics to non-friends is of a different order: the site is not behaving the way it's documented to work and the way the owners evidently intend - pretty much the definition of a bug.ReactReply
