Messages NOT deleting — Website Upgrades and Opinions on True Nudists

Has anyone had an issue with messages not deleting? I have gone through the process of checking individual messages and checking all messages and then deleting, only to have them reappear as soon as I refresh the page.

Is there a solve for this?

Nothing (and I mean nothing) ever gets deleted from this site. Post a photo to your profile, delete it later, only the link to the photo gets deleted. The photo itself stays on the media server forever.

yes having the same problem but can't get office to answer the phone but left messages but no reply. There are several issues with the working of the application

Thanks.[/quote] Was happening to me a few months ago. Not only not deleting but always showing up as unread as soon as the page refreshed. Seemed to sort itself out a few weeks ago and is still OK. I get the impression that this website could do with a thorough rewrite and relaunch. There are a number of flaky issues around. But that would be a large, and expensive, job so cant see it happening.

I've written and posted a case multiple times over the course of a year only to never be responded to. I've also left a voice mail on the support telephone number and it also has never be called responded to..

This has been an ongoing problem for me as well since returning to the site. It appears the site is more than willing to have paid members but nobody is maintaining or upgrading the site over time. Ive reported it more than once and all that happens is that a ticket is auto-generated. No action actually occurs. The same can be said for marking a message as SPAM or blocking a profile as being fake or advertising an alternate website for sexual hookups. The site admins are asleep at the wheel.

The problem is unsolvable. Administrators do not read reports. The ticket posted in July has not even been read. But the money for access to the site would make them want to earn ...

I have asked for a refund due to no response and site malfunctions, and like all others I have no response.
I'm leaning the TN site is a money grab and likely a front for other activities.
I assume a lawsuit to refund membership fees is in order to get money back and the attention of the jack asses who pretend to be involved in this site.

I see this issue has been posted as a complaint for over two years with no response or solution from the Admins. I've been experiencing the issue for even longer so frankly don't have any hope. Getting frustrated with the lack of Admin response on this site I and I see many users have experienced. If another nudist site comes along that's better, I'm happy to jump ship, open to suggestions...Cheers gang!

The site infrastructure is from 2006 and the company has an "F" BBB rating. Keep your expectations realistic.

the owners just don't give a damn - very primitive website - I don't know why anyone would pay money to people who really don't give a damn about the website - I remember in the distant past I could delete messages but then no more - I have never been on a similar website where I can't compose messages in a European or Asian language - here one can only write in Roman letters with no accents etc - Greeks have to write Greek using Roman letters - ridiculous

The site is not without issues and an inability to remove unwanted messages is just one. And as with many other activities, this site is a reflection of its participants. Some of the folks want to chat, others are there to find out whats happening elsewhere, a few want to contribute their thoughts to groups and , unfortunately, a nefarious sub-group is searching for self gratification via non-purist activity. If our biggest issue is a difficulty deleting messages (and it is a pain), we are not really in too bad of a situation. I am going to stay and enjoy the nudist centered conversations. Maybe a few others would care to join me?

I've been dealing with this issue as well. I have reported it and I feel i might as well have just written it on a piece of paper and set it on fire. That would have been more action of resolve. What the Fuck TN?

It's been a few years since this thread was made but it looks like they finally fixed it. Deleting a conversation, and emptying the trash, actually seem to work now!

It was finally fixed maybe a year ago now. Of course other things have broken since then. Want to send in a bug report? Sorry, that process is broken. Couples now show as NA. Entire groups and forum pages got deleted and never recovered when they implemented the "bad words you can't use because it may make someone uncomfortable" policy and went WAAAAY overboard.
