  I'm disappointed that the groups page still doesn't show which ones have new messages

  I do not like it, it  throws the page off-balance.  I prefered the original with a bank of changing photos, which also left room for the unobstructed image on the right.  Now it is just too busy.
  
  In my opinion all that needed doing to improve the original was to get those photos centred PDQ, as it looked amateurish, heads and limbs cut-off.
