No access to chat

Hello .... for a couple of days now when I try to access chat on myMacBook, after chat attempts to load I get an error message:Could not connect to server. Are you using an old ipad?Nope, errrmmm, Im using a MacBook. macOS Catalina. Same on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Latest Flash downloaded and installed. Ironically, works fine on iPad. Any ideas??
