Anything you put on the Internet, can always be viewed by someone. Privacy does NOT exist.

This is a bug in the system. They aren't actually able to see your photos (At least not from just clicking on it - as was said previously, anything on the net is potentially viewable by anyone/everyone, and there have been actual security lapses on this site). If you look at your log, it will appear that I viewed one of your private photos - This is what the users are actually seeing:
Paid members can see all your pics. Non paid members can see only 6.
Only if they are not otherwise restricted.

Pictures flagged "Public" can be seen by all accounts (with the first 6 limit for non-paid)
Pictures flagged "Friends Only" can only be seen by your Friends regardless of certification (with the first 6 limit for non-paid)
Pictures flagged "Certified Only" can only be seen by certified accounts regardless of "friend" status (with the first 6 limit for non-paid)
Pictures flagged "Certified Friends Only" can only be seen by your friends that are certified (with the first 6 limit for non-paid)

I thought there used to be a "Private" flag that didn't allow anyone but you to see them (pointless in my opinion), but it seems to be gone now.

There is also a restriction that can be set at the profile level and will apply to all media, regardless of the individual photo setting, that will restrict non-friends from seeing your photos.

One final setting at the profile level is turning a download button on (or off) on each photo to make it easy to download. Turning "Easy" download off does not mean your photos cannot be downloaded. Just means there is no button to click to make it automatic. Anything uploaded to the net can be downloaded to another computer without a whole lot of effort.

As for your belief that accounts might be seeing photos/videos that they shouldn't, if you're going strictly off your activity report showing a picture was viewed, see my post way up above. They aren't actually seeing the photo. Keep in mind this site has had security issues in the past that did allow everyone to see restricted media. If your concerned don't post here, or anywhere for that matter. No site is 100% secure.

One last comment, once a picture/video is uploaded to the media server on TN (and I presume TS), it stays there forever, even after you "delete" it from your profile. The only thing that happens when you delete a photo/video from your profile is that the link from your profile to the photo/video on the media server is deleted. The actual media stays on the server. TT1/TT2 is aware of this because I have told them (Years ago). They haven't fixed it. I can only assume they either don't know how, or don't care.
If you hop into the gallery, set a filter and go, then mouse over the pictures - you'll see many that say certified friends only or the like. You can see them just fine. You can click on them for the larger image just fine. If you click on the user name that posted the image, you go to their profile, and if you try to access the same photos via their profile - no dice. So either there's a setting I don't understand yet (probable), or there's maybe something wonky with the gallery and privacy settings. I wasn't sure, so I sent a ticket in a couple days ago just in case. Hopefully I'm not just misunderstanding things and wasting someone's time. If I'm not though, then it may explain unexpected views of your photos being counted.
The "Certified Only" flag in the site Gallery and in Groups is a mis-nomer (Lazy programing). If you are a member of TN (or TS for that side), you are considered "Certified" for the site Gallery. If you are a member of a group, you are considered "Certified" for the group gallery. It's just symantics. John aka cobeachbum
