Removing "SignUp" box on "Home" page - trying to get attention for idea

At the risk of sounding like a jerk, since I posted this thought in another thread within this section, I really like my idea of improving the "Home" tab, by removing the "Sign Up" box for those who've joined and replace it with a box of the users groups.  This will put more focus on the groups and make them a more used part of the overall TN website & experience.   As of now, the only way I know to get to my group list is to go to the My Accounts tab and then have to scroll down.  A bit of a pain.
I just hope to get this idea some support, attention to encourage it's implmentation.

    I just hope that if this is implemented, some of the less than "true" nudist groups won't be there.

I think the best solution would be a "Recent Posts" list, just for the group forums. Maybe just show a few on the top or bottom of the home page, then click on it to see the full list of, say 20.
