Reply & Quote Issues in IE9

When I reply to a Group or Forum posting, if I "quote", I cannot type outside the gray box.  ([quote] ... [/quote])  Therefore, all comments are within the 'quote' and not referencing it.

Meanwhile, in Firefox v16, I experience no issues.
