Is it possible to reclaim a dead group that has been abandoned by moderators but still has interest from members?

    Yes. Send a message to Team True asking to be made a moderator of the group and they will make a decision and grant you moderator access. I did that with the black nudist group.

    Yes, people had been waiting for photo approval. The creator had not logged in at that point for over a year.
