Is there a way to search within the forums? Before starting a new thread I'd like to know that it is actually going to be a new thread and not rehash things which have been already done to death, but I can't see any way to search within the forums, which means if the topic doesn't come up in the first few pages of results you're unlikely to keep going to find anything older. Thanks

Click Forum on the main header, and then to the righthand side of the page you will see Search Forum.  Click on that and a box will appear on the top left. Type in the words you want and then press enter on you keypad.  This will display a list of relevant posts.

Hope this is of some help to you.

Thanks, now I see it. The mistake I made was going into a specific section of the forum, e.g. general discussion, and looking for a search function there. Still I feel a bit stupid/blind now since it is fairly obvious. Don't know how I missed that before. Thanks
