Signing in problem - 06.01.18

Yesterday morning I could not sign into TN. This was between 08.00 and 10.00 am (UTC+00:00), I was out all day afterwards and didn't try later on. I tried signing in with different browsers and changed some settings - flash, scripts etc to see if that was the problem without any success. Today using the same computer and my regular browser there was no problem. I know that others had the same issue as they asked me outside of TN if I'd been on this site yesterday.

What was the problem? It would be great if the users got some useful information from the owners.

    Same thing here in Canada. I also couldn't find out why.

    @owners: would it be possible, you give infos on the startsite (before we have to log in) about problems?

    Same problem here. Just gave up. Thinking of giving up all together. Seems like we are having more problems after the latest update not less. At the first ok, not so much now. Had plenty of time to start seeing an improvement, but instead it seems to be going the other way.

    Thanks for the feedback, I don't feel so persecuted now! Situation normal all ****** up!

    When I checked to see if this thread had been responded to it said '0' responses, maybe they misses a '1' out from in front of the zero?!

    Same problem in Australia. So they sent me a new member name!! Stupid Or?????

    Same here in Australia !!..i think i tried 6 times throughout the day..so i decided to send them a bug report..and bingo they solved the problem overnight..no more problems!!..thats what i do everytime i have any issues !!

    I had problems too, couldn't sign in, but I thought it was because I'd been kicked out of chat. My wife was nude on cam for ages unknowingly

    It was the same here in Ireland. Tried several times but kept sending me back to the login page.
    I gave up, signed in with no problem the following day.

    I wondered if the servers were shut down for a Meltdown patch - the chip vulnerabilities that were announced recently.
