Spam?

I may have missed this elsewhere or it should be obvious, but since the site upgrade I get all sorts of spam e-mail.  Should I adjust something in my settings?  Any thoughts/comments/suggestions would be appreciated.  I guess I am confused (or haven't had enough coffee yet this morning), but I never had this before.  Thanks for the help!

    Do you mean spam messages to your inbox here? or spam to your own personal e-mail address?
    If your talking about spam messages to your TN inbox, there is a button under the delete button you can press to call it spam, and it disapears, if your own personal e-mail then go tohttp://www.truenudists.com/members/profile/email.phpand check the settings
