  I don't know if there are any sections dedicated to "Lifetime" members, but there are areas restricted to Certified (Mostly forums that are Cert only) and/or Paid (any method). For paid, as far as I know, it's just level of access to the profile photos (that aren't otherwise blocked) and the gallery.
  
  As for how to add the slogan, go to your profile, click on "My Settings" , then "Email/Forum". It's at the bottom. See picture.
