TT - additions for making the soon upgrade

With the new website upgrade coming soon we see some need for more functionality
like "Create a survey" option for forum posts, as well as "find all posts for a
given member" as well as the ability to see our own posts listed by date. Simple
additions for PHP coders, and it would make the site a lot more interesting if
we could take Polls and or votes for things like Moderator of the month, or
where the ax should fall on certain subject matters, this would better allow the
voice of the majority to be observed.
