Do other members experience problems downloading videos on members' profiles? I can't download any video anymore.

Looks like it's a security issue. What limited troubleshooting I can do, when you try to play the video, you get access denied.

Are you having issues trying to download videos or view them?

I tested this an am having no issue viewing videos. If you are having issues still what desktop, O/S and web browser are you using?

Viewing. The displayed error is "filetype not supported". The underlying code indicates unable to access the file.

Are you testing as an administrator or a joe user? The error leads me to believe us mortal users do not have proper security rights to access the video(s).

Oddly, I can view my own video both while editing my profile and while viewing it as a searched user. I can also view it directly by URL whether logged in or not. Since it is beyond the 6th media file in my profile, I can not test from another user. Is the URL I see within my own profile different from what other users see? i.e. is the file saved multiple times under different file names?

For other users video media (otherwise accessable):

When viewing media within a profile, for videos, you get the "Media not found" picture, but it is hyperlinked. When you click on it, you get the enlarged "Media not found" picture with the arrow in it to view the video. Clicking on that gets you the "This type of video file isn't supported" error.

If you try and access the video file directly you get this:

    MS Edge:

    AccessDenied
    Access Denied

    IE Explorer:

The good news: Viewing videos issue is fixed.

The bad news: In the process of fixing it, an old issue of the "join" and "Login" icons not appearing has reappeared for Edge and IE. Chrome seems unaffected.

The good news: It should be an easy fix, as it is an old (and known problem).

The Edge and IE problem of not displaying the "Join" and "Login" icons has been resolved. Not sure if it was a TN problem or an internet problem since I had issues with other web pages too (Pages not loading and/or not displaying parts or all of the page, Auto-login not working on some pages - it was kinda weird).

Everything seems to be working now though.
