Website navigation is difficult

I dont have any suggestions other than to say that this website is difficult to understand.

The two icons at the top left lead to the same destination.

When I select anyone under the third icon at the top - they disappear.

The certification process took me almost a week to find a work-around so as to be able to load my photos they required.

If they could improve upon the user experience by making it more user-friendly, I would certainly be pleased.
