Why do my Video`s keep getting dropped?

I have uploaded several videos and they keep getting dropped without any reason. How do I get in contact with someone to find out what is going on? Im a paid, certified member, but nowhere on this site is a real like to post a note when someone is having a problem.  Anyone else having problems?
