Right now delete button for group moderation not functioning and edit/delete not available for general forum user. Will that functionality be back anytime soon?

I can tell you TT1/2 have been aware of the issue for at least two months. It is a simple fix and I have told them how to fix it. Every time they do an update to fix something, they break something else. This site is on life-support and is dying. If they don't take action soon to clean it up and fix the bugs they will lose what little support they still have.

If you are on a PC, the fix is relatively simple, but needs to be done each time for each post you want to modify:

Find the post you want to edit, right click and select inspect

From the line that's highlighted in the window that's open, click the three dots in the line below that starts ul class

For edit, find the second li class = line and right click on it. Select edit attribute. Add the word member between owner and admin. Exit out of the inspect screen and the edit link will now be there.

Same process to remove a post, but one li line down.

I think problem stems from the decision way back in the first days of the site to hand code stuff rather than use a CMS. I remember talking to TT1 about this when they first had glitches in the early days and offering to help port to a CMS since that is where the best practice was headed. He said he was going to do it the old fashioned way my words not his. Now I suspect that means mounds of codethat has to be gone through and cross checked for bugs everytime a piece of code is removed or changed. At the time that is what I was doing and made the decision to shift to a CMS and don't regret. Still have backend issues but only minimal coding to address problems
Every time they djo an update to fix something, they break something else. This site is on life-support and is dying. Well the delete and edit buttons were back in one of my groups today but if I try to delete a duplicate post I get this message.
You do not have appropriate permission to complete this action
So it looks like only a partial fix.

Thanks for the tip but it is not worth the time and effort to me to do all of that work for a work around that can be fixed. It is not a bug it is a feature
But seriously the website has way too many features, reduce the features and increase the quality of the rest.

What are you referring to? Prior to the recent updates the forums in the group and general site forum had the edit/delete post options
It is not a bug it is a feature But seriously the website has way too many features, reduce the features and increase the quality of the rest.
Yes edit and delete button should come back. But do we need cam chat? Do we need a gallery? Do we need photos in chat? Do we need a site wide feed? The list goes on and on, but another topic I see.

Dont disagree with you on any of those but that is what it is. It is frustrating to have all that but not basic functionality. Functionality that promotes connections beyond photos and camera views.
Yes edit and delete button should come back. But do we need cam chat? Do we need a gallery? Do we need photos in chat? I have volunteered to help as well but they don't seem to care about making the site good. Yes, the site is dying just look at how many people are in the chat room now. The site chat room Used to always be 400 or MORE. I once saw the chat room hit 600 but now it barely stays above 300 for very long. The owners refuse to change the business model and make the site an actual Nudist site. There really isn't anywhere else to go so I guess I will be here until the site no longer exists. So sad to see it die when it could be a great website. Maybe someday the owners will let us help. The site is SO filled with scammers and FAKES it is just sad.

I agree with your assessment of the situation; TN is slowly sinking into a sickly morass. The private chat & *cum on bi* crowd is becoming more and more bold. SweetpeaK came up with a good response to the private chat folks; she noted that Private Chat was an Army type that seemed to be very popular for some reason. I borrowed the idea and have stated several possible reasons / scenarios for why our GI issued Private Chat wasnt available in the Chat room. Dont know that it did a lot of good but it was cheap, fun entertainment. Well . . . for me anyhow. LOL
