  The LI Travasuns based out of Wantaugh, is active all year long. They have group outings to LIghthouse Beach and hold swims and other events during the winter.  See the post above this for their website.
  You're also not that far from Gunnison Beach/Sandy Hook

  I haven't been in some time, so I don't know if it's still active, but there used to be nude bathing between Jones Beach # 6 and Tobay.  And I would imagine there's some nude activity at Fire Island.
