MANS - Mens Active Naked Stretching

This group is for men who want to learn how to do Active Stretching, and to share pictures and videos of doing Active Stretching. The group is open to men of all ages but will focus on the specific needs of mature men because we lose muscle mass and flexibility as we age. Active Stretching is appropriate for men of all ages and all fitness levels from the couch potato to the elite athlete. This is the type of stretching done most by successful athletes, but is it good for everyBODY. This is a private group. You must be approved to join.This is ACTIVE stretching, not static stretching or ballistic stretching. Stretches are generally held for only one and a half to two seconds. Breath is critical in accomplishing the stretch.Active Stretching is very much like Yoga and Aerobics sharing similarities of both, but is totally unlike either. Unlike Yoga, stretches are not held for a long time. Unlike Aerobics, we do hold at the end of the stretch. It's somewhat like Yoga and Aerobics combined in that it give the benefits of both.Most important, Active Stretching is FAST and it's FUN.

This is a sharing group. To join, have a profile picture of yourself with face and a full nude frontal picture as well. If you're going to be a naked stretcher, be naked. Don't be a voyeur/troll here. If your profile is "private" don't join this group. That's not sharing. It makes you not equal to the rest of us. Share your pictures and videos.
