The original post makes it clear that Prince Edward Island is Crown Land, ie. not a Provincial Park. Killarney PP is where you'd park your vehicle, and where you'd launch your watercraft. BTW, in back-country camping areas, the PP Rangers are tolerant of nude camping. Also, simple nude camping is protected in Canada's Criminal Code, as long as you're not creating a 'public nuisance'.
