I am extremely shy. I live with my friend and his family who are all nudists and Ive had to adopt their lifestyle. It has been difficult for me to get used to my body being exposed but I am learning how to cope. I dont know if I would consider myself a nudist but I am proud that I am more comfortable around them than before.
