I am interested in nudism as a mindfulness practice, and I like to meditate naked. I'm not super new-agey or 'spiritual', but I am artistic and enjoy deepening into the sensory experience of life, including being naked. I like to have deep conversations about how nudism helps our mental health by improving mindfulness, social connection, vulnerability, and so on.
