I'm 39 years old and love the nudist lifestyle. Been a nudist now for about 10 years. Usually after getting out of the shower I stayed naked but then it grew from there. I have never been at more peace then I am now after becoming a nudist. It has helped me also be a better person that I learned not to judge a person based on how they look, because they look the same, it has made me look to their personality to judge them, and Ive become a better person because of it. I love meeting people (especially around the Syracuse area) because not many people I know are nudists.
