I'm a Home Nudist. I got interested in the concept of nudism about 5 years back. Being comfortable and at ease with one's body and looks is easy to say but not easy to accept. I try to be nude at home, but mostly this is possible only during my sleep time due to my work schedule. The concept of being without clothes with no sexual connotation or sexual desire is something that drew me towards nudism. It takes some time for one's mind to adjust to being without clothes, and to not see it in a sexual manner, but once you get used to this, it is very liberating. The mind becomes free from attaching importance to the way one's body looks, and the mind becomes more receptive to one's overall well being. Nudism and naturism as a way of life is something I would like to try.
