I have been a nudist for as long as I remember. In fact, one of my first memories is being told by my mother that one day I'll not be able to run around all day with no clothes on. Well, whilst these days I can't continue to run around all day nude, I certainly spend some of each day nude. Most days that it is either around the house or at the beach. Because I work in a very stressed and conformist environment, I genuinely believe the time spent nude helps me relax and able to put balance back in my life.

No one in particular. Just those who have similar interests and enjoy the nudist lifestyle. Also those who have travelled and can pass on places they have enjoyed.

Outside work I relax by being at the beach. I enjoy surfing and I am involved in surf lifesaving and do volunteer patrols on the beach each few weeks during summer. Otherwise I try and get to one of the nude beaches to relax for a while.

Anything - I appreciate all styles. My favourites though are James Taylor, Neil Young and those in that era and style.
