Regular guy looking for one or two friends over 50yrs old to hang with who can host during the week day and who have a hot tub to share and a private yard to get some sun on.

Someone who can host during the week day with a yard for getting some sun. I am hoping to find a new bud to chill with. Hot tub would be great. If you have a home gym, that would even be better. Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe/Mesa would be ideal.
