I grew up in a small town outside of Philadelphia and never left for longer than a night or two until I was 18 and decided to move to Italy for a year. I didn't know anyone and didn't speak Italian, and it was the best adventure.I went to college in New York, moved back to Raleigh for grad school, worked in Raleigh. Then moved to Maui, and now work back here in Raleigh. My plan is to travel as much as humanly possible and leave the world a better place than I found it
