Im a guy who feels like society has projected shame around my body. I aspire to live my life unashamed to be naked around females without it necessarily meaning something sexual. I want to have friendships with females where its ok to be nude. Im trying to undo the psychological shame associated with being in my own skin. I never felt right that being nude around men was accepted and not with women. Its really about making peace with myself , my body and my fellow female humans.

Im new to nudism . I recently realized that I had a lot of shame around being nude around the opposite sex. Im in a relationship so not looking for sex. I just want to do yoga , go to the beach , and do fun activities naked without feeling shame and make some friends that are female.
