I am a life coach/counselor who discovered nudism at age 25 when a friend tricked me into going to a nudist BBQ. It was one of the scariest things I have ever done. And yet by the end of the night, I was totally hooked. Over the years, I have discovered the more tangible benefits of nudism and have developed a life philosophy based on the principles of naturism. Recently, I started a separate life coaching and non-clinical counseling practice specifically for nudists and naturists (as well as those who are curious about it) called Beyond Bare Coaching. To no surprise, this modality has taken my work with clients to cool new levels and I am really proud of it. But it also makes me appreciate my naturist coaching work and nude recreation all the more. I have done all sorts of activities in the buff including hiking, swimming, yoga, biking, water polo, bowling, dodge-ball, and more. As for my username? My favorite band is the band Garbage. I used this online moniker years ago and alas this site wont let me change it. So, a GarbageGuy I still am. Lol.

Other people (men or women) who have active lives. I like meeting both longtime nudists AND people who are just getting their naked feet wet. I especially like being active in the buff. So hiking, yoga or whatever other activities you can think of are great. But I am also cool just chilling nude, talking, or watching a movie.

Staying physically active and working out. Listening to music. Writing. Studying and learning mental health. Hiking. Modeling.
