I think of myself as a naturist, Living a simple and natural life style. Less is more in life, clothing is not always needed but wanted, I don't wear clothes when not needed. nude can be love with the right person with love ,honesty, truth, respect. I swam nude as a kid, on the YMCA and High School swim teams until they became co-ed or some of the girls had to workout with us because they had to teach the other girls how to swim in their practice time. The YMCA was an old pool with old filtration systems. We had a Mens locker room and a Boys locker room. When the YMCA became co-ed, the boys locker room was converted to the Womens and we had to wear swim suits. It was strange because before that, our swim meets were all nude and women were usually the officials and families attended. We were still nude. It was only after the facility became co-ed that we had to wear suits. I never grew out of it. When I lived near the beach in LA, I would swim out a bit then remove my suit and swim along parallel to the beach. I usually put my suit back on when I came out, but not always. Venice was a clothing optional beach near the pavilion.
